The Ball features The Fab Four- the Ultimate Tribute to the Beatles- guaranteed to have you dancing and signing along!

Dan Lowrance & Michelle Hancock

Dan Lowrance grew up in Fort Worth. He has a degree in Business, majoring in Marketing and Economics at Texas Tech University and Masters of Science degree from University of Dallas.  He is the former President and CEO of SPM Flow Control, Inc., located in Fort Worth;  Manufacturers of pumping services equipment. They provided equipment and services to oil-producing areas around the world. The company was sold to WEIR Oil and Gas, Scotland in 2007. Dan has two daughters, Karen Johnson, and Katie Oudt. Dan has five grandchildren. Dan has worked with and supported other various charitable causes in Fort Worth including:  Cook Children’s Medical Center, Baylor All Saints Hospital, UNTHSC and many others.

Michelle Hancock was born in Gorman, TX, and grew up in Alamogordo, NM, where she graduated from Alamogordo High School. She returned to Texas and graduated from the University of Houston with a B.A. in communications/journalism.

Following graduation she worked as a reporter for The Associated Press in Houston and Dallas before moving to Fort Worth to become energy and environment reporter for the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. During her career at the Star-Telegram she would hold the positions of investigative reporter, fashion editor, features editor and creator of the popular “Morsels” food column that was syndicated through The New York Times.

She later was the marketing and public relations director for Sisley Paris cosmetics in the United States.

Michelle is a past president and board member of Jewel Charity, and a member of the Cook Children’s Medical Center Woman’s Board. She is a past board member and current advisor at a Wish with Wings, and has also been a member of the boards of the Fort Worth Council of Camp Fire,  Fort Worth Ballet, Doris Kupferle Breast Cancer Center and the YWCA.

She is also a member of the Fort Worth Garden Club, Lecture Foundation, Roundelay and Windsor Club.

Larry and Karen Anfin

Larry & Karen Anfin have been married for 33 years and have four children, Elizabeth, David, Sara, and Kevin, along with one grandchild, Mia Catherine. At the age of 14, Mr. Anfin started working for Coors Distributing Company of Fort Worth, which his grandfather John McMillan, and Ed Curtis founded in 1966. After working his way up the corporate ladder, he found himself as the CEO of Coors Distributing Company of Fort Worth. In March of 2014, Anfin an this three brothers sold their business, however Mr. Anfin is still actively involved in the Fort Worth Community. Currently, Larry Anfin serves not he boards or executive committees of 21 different organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star, Boys and Girls Club of Greater Fort Worth, Fort Worth Stock Show Syndicate, A Wish With Wings, and the Rotary Club of Fort Worth. His wife, Karen Anfin, actively serves as a volunteer at Victory Therapy Center and Meels on Wheels in Fort Worth. Together, their compassion for serving the community of Fort Worth shows through their long history of philanthropic and corporate leadership.
